HOW TO ORDER / PAY / POLICY

In general all the purchase will go through following steps, unless involving custom order.

ORDER

1. Understand the products as per specification stated
2. Inquiries to minamitheprinter@gmail.com
3. Attached the artwork (pdf, jpg, ai CS3 or png)
4. Wait for the reply from our Customer Service person for stock availability and price. Also will be provided account number for payment purposes
5. Bank-in payment and email the receipt back to us
6. All products usually will take 3 to 5 working days production

  3. Price depends on weight, will be provided once the quantity confirmed
  4. Other courier services recently unavailable
  5. Quoted price are for post & handling fee
  6. We reserved the rights to determine postage fee based on actual weight of the finished products
COLOUR / PRINTING OUTPUT

  1. We are using Large Format Printing Machine with Epson head
  2. Color in your monitor doesn't represent the actual color printed
  3. Always work in CMYK Mode
  4. Always assume darker printing output due to most of monitor we used set to
  5. brighter mode
  6. If you are a Designer / Color Separator, we welcome input regarding this matter
RETURN POLICY

  1. Stated in the product specification
  2. Return fee borne by Client
  3. Money will be returned after we received the product and inspected
